No former skating or sports experience is required. We will teach you how to skate and play roller derby! Love it and want to stick around? You’ll learn more about officially joining the league at the end of the camp. Decide its not your thing? That’s okay! Boot camp requires no commitment. Come try it out! What are you waiting for?
Camp begins on Saturday, September 21 and runs through Monday, October 28. Boot camp is two days a week: Saturdays: 9am-11:30am, Mondays, 6-9pm, at Fun Galaxy Roller Rink, 3030 Cherokee Road.
Got skates? Great! No skates? No problem. Here’s the details on gear:
Skate rentals: $3
Buy your mouthguard from us: $2
Refundable protective gear deposit: $20 (Includes knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and helmet. You give us $20, we give you gear. At the end of boot camp, you give us back our gear and get back your $20)
