Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is conducting its third annual demographic survey of skaters and fans. In addition WFTDA is also conducting a separate Tournaments and Broadcasting Survey targeting skaters and fans who attended or watched any of the “Big 5” tournaments in 2011. Survey participants can also enter a drawing to win a WFTDA prize pack!
