Your sponsorship makes a huge difference in our league. Every rollergirl has to “pay to play”, and your donations help us pay for practice and bouting spaces, as well as travel fees and uniforms. REFEREE
Ladies, want to skate but you’re not sure about the full contact aspect of derby? Gents, want to skate and keep us in line? Then refereeing is for you! Come and learn the rules and the skating at practice. New and potential refs are welcome the first and third Monday of every month. If you want to get ahead of the pack, check out the WFTDA website and start studying the rules. If you have questions or are interested in being a ref please contact refs@classiccityrollergirls.com.
VOLUNTEER
If you really want to be a part of derby but skating isn’t your thing then volunteer. We need lots of dedicated volunteers to make our bouts possible. Volunteers are our Non-Skating Officials (or NSOs), statisticians, EMT’s, ticket takers, security, and much more. Also, volunteering isn’t as time consuming as being a skater or a ref, so it can fit in a busy schedule.
